What Data We Collect

When you use Hire by No Human Nearby, we collect:

  • Google OAuth data: your name and email address when you sign in with Google.
  • Order data: which jobs you purchase, payment status, and delivery status.
  • Input data: text, instructions, and files you submit for processing.

How We Use Your Data

  • Process and deliver the jobs you purchase.
  • Send order status notifications to your email.
  • Improve service quality and prevent abuse.

What We Don't Do

  • We do NOT sell your data to anyone.
  • We do NOT share your data with third parties for marketing.
  • We do NOT permanently store your uploaded files. Inputs are processed and deleted.
  • We do NOT use your inputs to train AI models.

Zero-Training Guarantee & Local AI Processing

All tasks are processed on our proprietary, on-premise infrastructure using local AI models. We do NOT share your inputs with third-party cloud AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic), and we NEVER use your inputs, files, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models.

Your data never leaves our hardware. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be perfect—see our Terms of Service for the full AI output disclaimer.

AI Transparency (EU AI Act)

In compliance with the EU AI Act, we disclose that all deliverables, text, and content provided through this platform are generated by artificial intelligence systems. No human authors or editors are involved in the generation of outputs unless explicitly stated.

Google OAuth Scopes

We request the minimum Google OAuth scopes needed to authenticate you: your public profile name and email address. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services.

Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded files are deleted after job processing is complete. Order history and account data are retained as long as your account is active.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential authentication session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

We grant all users the following rights, regardless of location:

  • Right to know: request what personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to delete: request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to opt out: we do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Right to portability: request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal data.

We honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
